Nausea during early pregnancy
I am currently 7 week pregnant and having nausea without vomiting. Not feeling like to eat any food.
Doctor has prescribed Doxinate tablet.
Can I start taking this tablet though I don't have vomiting?

Yes u can start it. Normal nausea of pregnancy u are experiencing. It will be better by 12-14 weeks

Avoid spicy n fried food
Walk after each meal
