Nausea and stomach pain
Hello Dr. My daughter is suffering from stomach cramps now and then, she also has vomiting which is unbearable, even water is coming out. She is sleeping for some time and suddenly she gets the pain and she starts crying with much difficulty, she had 2 times loose stools.
Could you please tell me what can cause this type of pain and symptoms and how to overcome it.

I will advice to give her syrup emeset 5ml stat and syrup cyclopam 5ml stat and continue syrup emeset 5ml twice daily for 2days and cyclopam 5mk sos if there is increased abdominal pain.
If pain persists still, then take her to hospital.
For loose stools give rice water with salt, tender coconut water.
