I feel Nausea and severe Headache whenever the gap between meals become more than 4hours. Same when I fast. When I fast, the feeling will start at 2-3 PM and usually get severe by 4-5 PM. Once I break the fast in the evening sometimes the conditions become worse and sometimes it takes 2-3 hours to be normal.
I tried taking medicine for gas before fasting or after breaking the fast but still no help.
Is it something related to gastric problems?

Headache during the fasting is something like tension type of headache . Reason for the headche is decreased glucose level , dehydration and caffeine withdrawal , change in sleep pattern ,and cessation of cigarettes if you are a smoker.
avoiding simple carbohydrates like pure sugar, you avoid a rapid rise in blood sugar levels followed by a fast drop that may trigger headache.Dehydration during the fast should be prevented by sufficient fluid intake during the meals.A cup of strong coffee before the start of the fast will reduce the risk of caffeine withdrawal.
For the immediate relief of headache you can use meftal forte plus panD 40/30 mg
