Nausea acidity loss appetite
.iam sufrring from gastritis and ibs from last teo year ...2 days ago i overeat in a marriage function...then. Feel gaseous nausea...now i feel nauseas but no cramps or no diarreah... But i feel nauseas acid reflux ...should i have to take antibiotic ...???

No You should not take antibiotics for everything it’s not advisable at all. You should take Tab. Ondem 4mg Three times daily Tab. Spotolac DS Three times daily For 3 days And avoid oily and spicy food Eat small portions of meals Do not overeat
