पैर के तलवों पर तैल मालिश (नारियल तैल से) daily रात को करें Daily सिर में तैल मालिश करें 1 गिलास गुनगुना दूध + 1 चम्मच घी + 1 चम्मच मिश्री daily रात को सोने से पहले लें। दिन में ना सोएं। देर रात तक ना जागें।
