Nasal polyps
My friend underwent a nasal polyp removal surgery. But the polyp has once again developed there. What shoud I do?

Nasal polyposis is a difficult condition to treat. Recurrence of polyps is very common after surgery. Post surgical care is very important and after surgery he should do steroid nasal douching regularly. Since it had reccured already revision surgery may be necessary. Before that a course of oral steroids can be tried
