Nasal congestion & pain throat irritate
Sir I have actually throat irritation nasal pain occur from 3 week then I go to meet the physician in 18 th March he recommended paracetamol 500 once & levocitrizine 5mg tablet twice for 5 days then after not recovering from these I should go another time he recommended Azithromycin 500 for 3 days then I take it then I should rest for some days I think it will automatically go but after 1week if not changes happen also nasal congestion occurs in these days I should go to the physician again he give me Treater L for 15 days and a Azeflo nasal spray for two times and done CBC test. the CBC report is Hb-14.6 , TLC -8.070, DC.N- 59 L-31, E- 10 after taking medicine after 3 or 4 days forehead & backside lower head pain occurs also pain in eyes,teeth, jawline or sometimes ear also, yesterday suddenly my stomach upset and urgent go for toilet 2 time now also I feel like stomach upset type. Is it any serious issue ??am not goe any outside of India or state and not contact any positve patient
