Nasal bone is non ossified at 20week
Hi Doctor
During NT scan doctor said nasal bone is non ossified and suggested for NIPT test My wife is pregnant now she is in 20 week and Nasal bone is still non ossified, as per doctor suggestion we did NIPT test and results says "No Aneuploidy Detected"
Fetal fraction is 5.61
Zscore is as below
T21. -1.41
T18 0.76
T13. 0.88
Now doctor is suggesting for Aminocentiese. Please suggest is everything is normal with NIPT report or we do next test.
