Hypoplastic nasal bone in anomaly scan
Hypoplastic nasal bone of length 3.7 mm is detected at 19weeks 6 days ultrasound. Rest all soft markers for trisomy 21 are normal. I had nt scan at 13 weeks having nt level as 1.9 mm and low risk dual marker. After anomaly scan,  NIPT with microdeletions is low risk in all sections. Should I be worried about hypoplastic nasal bone now?

NIPT is accurate in 90 per cent cases so chances of Trisomy 21 is low. If you wish to be 100 per cent sure you can discuss with your doctor regarding amniocentesis.
