Nasal blockage
Good evening,
I've been facing dry nasal blockage for few months now and I'm using nasal spray (MUCORIS) every now and then to open the congestion. This spray helps me relieve blockage for few hours or sometimes minutes but this nasal blockage doesn't go away.
One of an OPD nurse checked my nose & told me i have polyps that keeps it blocked. Can someone prescribe me any medication that will permanently help me rid out of it?

U need to do CT nose and PNS to confirm the diagnosis
And then need appropriate treatment

Plz get your nasal Endoscopy done. That will confirm the presence of polyps or any other abnormality. If thr are polyps they need to be removed surgically.
