If you go out on a two wheeler without wearing woolen gloves then there can be some bluish discoloration. Melanoma is a very big word. It is not at all like melanoma.
Please wear woolen gloves and sit inside the house for half hour. If it is because of exposure to cold, the colour will become normal.
