Can hiv be from nail scratch...because yesterday when someone was giving me a massage i think my neck got scratched by his nail and turned red..I am sending the picture of my neck

No, as long as there is no breach in the skin and the person is not HIV infected there is nothing to worry. Even if the patient is HIV infected but is on treatment with the viral load under good control, you don't have to worry
