Myopia and lasik
I am having high myopia and that make me lose confidence every time facing people. Am i able to take LASIK after 20s if i have high myopia?

As your age is 17 years and have myopia , you can use contact lenses till age of 18 or 19 years . After that you can get your eyes tested for lasik vision correction. Best wishes Dr Neeraj sanduja

Definitely... Contact lenses and Spectacle till 18 years.. LASIK Vision Correction after that.. Get checked 6 monthly

Getting a Lasik first requires you to be fit for it. If you do not have the required eye measurements of corneal thickness and shape, then it can harm you, there are other options called ICL for patients who are not fit for LASIK,

There are several options (refractive surgeries) depending on your power of myopia and your corneal thickness. But any surgery only if ur eye power remains stable for a year. And after ur 20 years.
