My wife 21 weeks pregnant

May be a normal change in pregnancy. Keep the foot elevated when sitting. Or lying down. Keep the foot in warm water.

As the gestational period increases few patients have this problem of lower limb pain, you can try natural methods like gentle massage with ayurvedic oils or warm water compresses . If it is too severe consult with ur Dr As certain medication can soothe her pain.
