Swelling of whole body with breathlessness may occur due to fluid retention in heart failure, kidney diseases and less likely liver function decompensation. These are the most common causes. You haven't mentioned your concomitant diseases for which you take regular medicines.
Next Steps
I need to check you clinically.

It's due to accumulation of fluid in body. Either it's cardiac problem or kidney failure. Less likely liver disease also. If you can take consultation so that I can talk to you and guide you better and advice you medication for this problem before this problem increases.
