It may be generally due to acidity gastric or constipation or indigestion problems or worm infections

avoid taking fast foods, oily fried and spicy foods... don't fast for long duration...take fruits and vegetables and drink 2-3 liter of water daily...Take Tablet pan 40 daily at morning empty stomach for 10 days and if problem continues do a USG whole abdomen
