My Vitamin D3 level is beyond normal
My D3 level has come 81.6 ng/ml, which is around the level for toxicity. Is it normal and if not what can be done to reduce it

Hello, this is not a toxic level, quite a normal value, and It happens when you have taken recently dose of vitamin D, it stores in body for few days, take optimum dose of vitamin D sachet or capsule, 400iu to 1000iu per day or 60k iu per month in this case
