You seem to be having a combination of arthropathies...Vit.D is very low and has to be corrected by weekly or daily oral regimen... Hyperuricemia also needs to be corrected to avoid joint related complications in the future... HLA B27 positivity indicates Ankylosing Spondylitis which can be managed symptomatically
