It is a common complaint among women who delivered vaginally.. would recommend to see a Urogynaecologist to assess if only excercises is sufficient.. no medical treatment is recommended, however laser treatment is available in select centres with good outcomes..

U cn do keigels exercises for pelvic floor tightening.
Also if u feel its too loose u cn go for cosmetic gynaecologist to repair it ..Lots of options are available these days..
