Arcuate uterus may increase chances of preterm delivery so if you do get pain in abdomen or bleeding immediately visit a gynaecologist Apart from that this report is fine... everytime you get a sonography make sure the blood supply is checked Keep a strict watch on bloop pressure

Usually arcuate uterus does not cause much pregnancy problems other than malpresentations and a little more high chance of preterm labour .. you can consult your gynecologist for pregnancy support medications
