Gravid Uterus with no sac at 7 week preg
My wife lmp was 9 Feb. So she did first scan today. Her report show Gravid uterus with CRL is 7.8 mm but sac is not mention . Live embryo of 6 week 6 days .fetal heartbeat is 126 BPM. And anechoic cyst in right ovary is 4.5 cm by 2.5 cm. My first question is what is gravid uterus at this stage ? Second question is what the mean of live embryo without sac at almost 7 weeks term with heartbeat and CRL? Is this indicate intrauterine or ectopic pregnancy? Or pregnancy is miscarriaged? What you say as per today situation. Iwant only healthy pregnancy without any complication. Because my 3 year child was born through operation is some like autistic. So can't suffer again. If any negatively found highlight. And say straight whether to carry forward or terminate. This actually unplaaned pregnancy even after taking pills . Like mala D.

From the given report or any pregnancy tests it's not possible to predict autism. Whether you want to continue pregnancy or not is decision you should take and not doctors.
