My upper feet are swollen
My upper feet are swollen during summer time. My veins are quiet prominent as well. I can see them clearly. It's very greenish color. My ankles also sometimes got swollen. It's not always painful....but sometimes I can feel the pain. But it mainly coming from the veins I feel. The swelling reduces a bit if I lie down but then comes back again. I notice this happens to me every summer. I'm 32 years old female and I have raynauds condition. I'm worried it's got to do with some sort of an organ failure (kidney/liver). Can you please advise the cause of this and how can I prevent/treat this please?
