Swollen vein in palm

Yesterday suddenly I found a swelling in my skin near a vein in my right palm. I don't know whether skin is swelling or vein is swollen. I have attached the pictures.but i dont have any pain. Please let me know the problem. I am very scared.

A painless swelling near a vein in your palm could be a superficial vein dilation, cyst, or mild fluid retention. If it grows, changes color, or becomes painful, see a doctor. Otherwise, monitor it and try a warm compress. Likely harmless.
