These holes are.nothing but dental caries which may have caused cavities. Depending on the depth of the cavities it can be restored with direct composite fillings, or might need root canal treatment if the pulp is affected and tooth has gone non vital. If the cavity is big there are possible risks of tooth to crumble or break down.
