Change in colour of teeth can be due to various reasons such as excessive tea/coffee or smoking .also some stains are due to fluoride content in water(fluorosis). If you are not satisfied with the colour of your teeth,I would suggest you to visit a dentist and ask about bleaching of teeth. It is a cosmetic treatment which enhances the colour of teeth and is completely safe.Visit to a dentist is a must so that we can evaluate whether you are eligible for this treatment or not.
Next Steps
visit a dentist or post a picture here on consultation so that we can evaluate the reason for your teeth's dullness.
Health Tips
Don't try to over brush your teeth, stains will not go by brushing you need professional help.overzealous brushing may result in tearing of soft tissue(gums) or wearing off of the tooth surface(abrasion)
