My son suffering with fever from a week
Mon son is 3.1 years old and he is suffering with cold and cough since 3 weeks, initially we have used Kufril and Bandy plus, but it was not cured. On 22nd Aug night he got fever and I took him to nearest children doctor, he has prescribed Esture, Acuclav-ds, Tacof-P & Nosikind-P, still it is not cured. On 1st Sep night again he got fever and from that day fever is continuing. We have used P-250, synarest, Kufril. But still not cured. Please suggest.

Start nebulisation with asthalin.
Start syrup. Levocetrizine plus montelukast 2.5ml once day
