Hi, your concern is valid, usually permanent teeth erupts within 6 months of falling of milk teeth. But sometimes it may take little longer . What about the adjacent front tooth ??? Is it present in the mouth?? If not we may wait for few more months . If yes then I will advice you to go to your nearest kids speciality ( Pedodontist) dentist and get his gum pad checked if it showing signs of tooth present , you may wait for some more time to erupt and if it is not than a small incision on the gums can be given to facilitate tooth to erupt.

Don't worry, it will come. Just I need to know which tooth it was. Post other query along with photo or mentioning which it it was.

Just get an Xray done and the dentist will guide you on to the course of treatment, generally it is nothing to worry just a matter of time, but a Xray is needed.
