My son is 3months old,he has gas issue
My is completely on formula milk, 1st I used aptamil, later I changed to similac advanced since my baby is facing gas problem, but after using similac also problem persistent and he has cough also alog with this, and he vomits daily once or twice the complete milk immediately after the feed.
So can I change back to aptamil , please advice..

You can try aptamil again. But all these formulas are made from cows milk which may the cause of the problem. So baby may keep on facing some problems. You can start early weaning at 5 months. Contact again if needed

3 year old child can be easily given cows milk instead of formula milk powder.
