My son having cough
My son is having cough and running nose since 1 day. We observed light sound wheezing type while coughing
He is around 11 kg weight
Please suggest if I can give ascoril expectorant 2 times a day
I have given this earlier and it had helped
I am unable to go to doctor since I am in remote place

Hello there.
He might be having a lower respiratory tract infection which is causing these symptoms.
But ascoril expectorant will just give him symptomatic improvement.
But he might also need a course of antibiotics.
So give him ascoril but do take him to a paediatrician and get him checked out for the treatment of the root cause.
