My son getting tired quickly
My 2.6 year old son feel so tired always . He often laying on bed or floor.. no fever. No diaherria,no vomiting. He refuse to eat food, but I'm force feeding somehow..

Might be he is having anaemia(low haemoglobin). Or B12 deficiency… Don’t force him to eat rather encourage him to eat with the family while making food fun . Get the child evaluated.
