Hello practo user I can understand your concern regarding your son . Inability to sit at one place for a long duration , memory issues and forgetting easily are all indicative of attention problem . It is suggested that you sit with him and make a time table in which there are small breaks in-between the tasks he has to finish . Set goals for the day and appreciate him if they are completed . Ask him to maintain a diary for the same so that he doesn't forget to do certain tasks . You can also ask him to go for regular exercise outside as it clears the mind and energy is spent in a constructive manner .Maintain a healthy diet as well. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a diagnosis and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through which your son can learn positive and healthy skills which will be beneficial for his overall growth and well being . You can also get in touch with me through the practo app for any further help or guidance .
Next Steps
