It is suggested that you sit with him and make a time table in which there are small breaks in-between the tasks he has to finish . Set goals for the day and appreciate him if they are completed . Ask him to maintain a diary for the same so that he doesn't forget to do certain tasks . You can also ask him to go for regular exercise outside as it clears the mind and energy is spent in a constructive manner .Maintain a healthy diet as well.
