My son 7 yrs old....sufffering leg pain

My son 7 years old suffered from viral fever diz wk....while his fever he had acute leg pain.....after anibiotics prescribed by my pediatrician......it went away but from yesterday it again started...while getting up from bed it aggrevates....plz suggest

If it's a viral fever then why were the antibiotics(acts against bacteria and not virus) prescribed... And it's common to have leg pains after viral illness... Just give a proper diet and lots of water
