The lumps are basically due to the retention of breast milk
Either the feeding was not proper or was not drained completely
Even if the breast milk is being sucked correctly by baby we have check whether any retention or else we have to check draining physically by applying pressure on all parts

Got her pain n your concern apply ice or cold pack {Never ever choose to hot fomentation }n consult surgeon. She can continue to feed baby by another breast i.e. non affected side
Visit her gynaec asap.While breastfeeding milk gets blocked in the ducts of breast and form a cyst(non cancerous).Kindly do the following
1.Gently massage the cyst towards the nipple.
2.Important to maintain bresst hygeine during breastfeeding-cleaning nipples after every feed.
3.Offer baby one breast alternatively for feeding that way both breasts will be emptied out.
4.Need to visit gynaec as she can get fever due to blocked ducts.
