I have 42 days old baby. I am regularly feeding him. I have pain in my left breast. When I feed my baby from one side my other side starts leaking along with pain. I ignored all those symptoms during my first child who is 3 years old now . the pain is bothering me. Is it fine or something to be worried about. Please suggest
