Please take the baby to a pediatrician for proper weight check and understanding if the baby is short of feed.

Yes, it is normal for newborns to want to feed frequently, especially in the first few weeks of life. This behavior is known as cluster feeding, which is when a baby feeds more frequently than usual, often in the evening or at night. Cluster feeding is a natural way for your baby to increase your milk supply and help them get the nourishment they need to grow. During these periods of frequent feeding, your baby may seem fussy or want to suck for extended periods. This behavior is normal and can be exhausting for parents, but it usually settles down after a few weeks. It's essential to let your baby feed as much as they need during these periods, even if it seems like they are constantly feeding. If your baby is gaining weight and has enough wet and dirty diapers, it is a good indication that they are getting enough milk.
Next Steps
If you are struggling to cope with the constant feeding or are concerned about your baby's health, you may wish to speak to a lactation consultant or your doctor for advice and support.

If it is disturbing your sleep and you feel tired throughout the day then you may try baby soothers  . But before you should consult a Paediatrician to assess if the baby is getting sufficient milk. It is quite possible that your milk output is inadequate and the baby has to latch on the breast for a long time.
