My SGPT and SGOT is High
My SPGT(ALT) is 212 and SGOT(AST) is 110. What I have to do now? My Triglyceride is 258 mg/dl. And rest all are normal.

Needs evaluation in detail. Needs to be checked for Hepatitis B, C, Autoimmune hepatitis,Alcohol related liver disease or Non alcoholic fatty liver disease. Consult a Gastroenterologist for further management.
