Im sorry to hear that you have suffered from soo much trouble. Our human body is just like a well oiled car. We need to take care of it just like we do for any beloved objects. Like a car mechanic cannot cure the car without analysing, performing test runs and putting in all the effort to make it same as new, we also are providing you with the same. Im disheartened that you are loosing hope.
I understand you are unable to cut down screen time.
If I may suggest you please try to
- Add short pauses in between (20-20-20rule)
- Wear glasses while using screen,
- Try using the screen at a forearm distance.
Hope it helps.

I apologise if you faced any inconveniences . But if possible please be specific about your problems you are facing related to your eyes. If there's anything which can be solved through online consultations I will try to help you through this free Q and A. But if you require any eye checkup physically i would also suggest you to visit your nearby Ophthalmologist if possible for correct diagnosis and treatment of your eye condition.
And yes if you are facing digital eye strain it is suggested that you reduce your screen time if possible. No one can stop watching mobile phone all together that's totally understandable.
But you can simply reduce your screen time if possible and avoid using any screens 1 hour before sleeping. Take proper sleep for 6-8 hours.
Follow 20-20-20 rule while using any kind of screen. In this you will simply have to look at any object/wall which is at 20 feet distance for 20 sec after every 20 minutes of your screen work. Or simply you can just close your eyes/ look away from the screen for 20 sec after every 20 minutes of screen work.
If theres any problem related to refractive error where you are having blurring of vision it is suggested that you visit your nearby Ophthalmologist physically for further checkup because that can't be done through online consultations. I hope you understand this.
I really hope this answer helped you in some way.
