Refractive errors of the eye for which we require spectacles are because the shape of the eye does not bend light correctly resulting in blurred image. This can be due to increased or decreased length of your eye or increased or decreased curvature of your eye. Since shape of the eye is inherent and cannot be changed no eye drop or medicine is useful to remove spectacles.
If you are not comfortable wearing spectacles do opt for contact lenses or there are various surgical options.

As such there is no medicine that will completely correct your eye power. You can do eye exercises. Otherwise you can switch to contact lenses if cosmetically you are uncomfortable to wear specs. Ultimate modality is surgery to get rid of your specs.
If you have a refractive error then you have three options only:
1. To wear glasses
2. To wear contact lenses
3. Go for surgical correction.
Choice is yours.
