I do test herpes simplex virus test august 2022 so result "igm hsv 1& 2       0.23.....igg 1&2 1.59 so i am so can i go marriage

Of course you can. Having IgG HSV 2 antibodies only means it is a past infection. However, I would advise you get your wife shown to a dermatologist when she gets pregnant, get tested too as she may need Acyclovir in the last trimester of pregnancy
