My one year old son developed red rashes
My one year old son developed red rashes all over face and behind ears after having 3 days of low grade fever ranging between 99.4-100.2.For fever v gave calpol but now the red rashes... can it be measles or some other viral infection? He is active and has no cold... his potty is very soft but not motiony... no vomitings and has a once or twice cough through out the day

Measles is not common now especially if vaccine is given. Please visit a pediatrician for diagnosis. No need to worry because fever is mild and child is active
