My one year old child has white spot
My one year child (boy) has white spot near his leg (ankle area) earlier it was very few and not even noticable but from few days its getting more I have attached the photo for your ref

It appears to an allergic rash. It won't last for a long time. You can apply caladryl lotion.

Hi, Looks like dry skin. Do oil massage regularly. Apply physiogel/ caladryl lotion
