My new born baby making sounds in sleep
My 20 days baby boy making sounds in sleeping, if I checked if he awake no he is continue the sleep is it normal in every baby, some times the sounds little more and stretched his body to make the sounds.

Most times due to nasal congestion means block
Make your baby to breath by mouth with noisy breathing movements
Its more while sleeping under fan or AC or in any cold climate
Just saline nasal drops in both nostrils will help
If more symptoms as fever cough meet your paediatrician
