1. Take a bucket of hot water and one bucket of cold water. Dip both feet in hot water for 5 minutes, then in cold water for 5 minutes.
Repeat this cycle for three times a day for 3 weeks.
2. Use soft sole foot wear and avoid barefoot walking.
3. Foot Stretching exercises as (Standing on toes count 10, then stand on heel and count 10).
4. Keep foot soft and moist.
