My mother getting pain below heart

Asked for Male, 23 Years

My mother getting pain below heart and pain at same side shoulder we went to hospital they given injection and tablets and tonic also for acidity but still it's paining they taken ECG for heart also they said ECG is good still it's paining please let me know what is the problem I want to know is their any heart problem or any other problem they said to contact cardiologist
