Danger signs to watch out for are loss of consciousness, nausea or vomiting, loss of memory, headache, inactivity, slurring of speech, difficulty in walking and numbness of any part of the body. Apply ice over the swelling, she may require painkillers for the pain. If the problem persists or worsens visit the nearest ER at the earliest.

YESNO
Effects of injury to spine may not be evident soon but can be seen later. So I suggest you to take her to the physician and get examined.
Nothing to worry about
I want your detailed history..
I don't want to treat you blindly without knowing the cause of the problem.
