Back pain & hair fall
I'm suffering from back pain from past 2 month, sometimes its severe. I travel on my byk to off around 50kms both side. I'm having sleepless nights these days. Hair fall too is severe. From past 1 year. Kindly advice. Thanking you.

Sir, What treatment have you taken. Do you get pain radiating to legs. For Hair fall, use herbal shampoo, herbal hair oil in small amounts. Take protein rich foods. Eat fruit and vegetables. Take dry fruits daily. Do you have any dandruff or lice. Get back to me with details.

Hello. Use public transport for some time in which sitting facility with back support is available. Consult physiotherapist and take rest for few days.

Hi It could be due to your journey .... If severe you will have to compromise a little with your profession until your health is stabilized .... Practice stretch exercise and rest your back.. consult orthopedician if severe....
