I have been suffering with my mood swings for weeks now. It started when a lot of problems came up and I broke down almost every week. My mood also became a problem because I lash out to my boyfriend, and I know that I am really annoying and I'm hurting him verbally like making him go away but I just can't control it. I want to go back to my old happy self. My mood could change a lot of times in a day, like i was happy and next i would be sad and iritated or angry.this is frustrating.

Yes. It is difficult. You need to stay in the present, and take care of yourself here and now. Check what you are telling yourself. And seek individual counseling if you can't speak to a trusted other or if you feel you are tackling this all by yourself.
Health Tips
Do NOT think you can handle everything by yourself and if you are unable to make yourself feel in control of your moods, then seek help.
