Whatever I will try not to think about or dont like , my mind will always think about that only and keeps me in stress , I cant get over the things , this puts me always thinking about the things which will never happen.
Its just that mind will think that this is very bad and then will make all the situations of happening that to me and make me feel bad.
I dont know how to get over it
