I think I have ADHD.
I seem like I have ADHD, because i tend to forget things, i make careless mistakes, i day dream, can't focus and concentrate, and get bored very often. These have been happening to me since childhood, and i got to know it now that these are the symptoms of ADHD. Because of these i was terrible at school, and still these affect today as well. And i think i am also addicted to blue films.

Sir, Adult ADHD is an condition where you will require proper evaluation thru questionair and interview (not possible thru online mode) So my sincere request will be to go to a Psychiatrist for evaluation - Mild ADHD does not require medication. however if there is a need for behaviour therapy for which you will be told to approach a psychologist lastly as you mentioned about your about your addiction to blue films, you will require assesment and counselling (if required)
