Keep the area dry , don’t wear those shoes Keep in sunlight after ever use if u have to wear for work . Wash socks . Wear slippers when ever possible and let the area breath . Do not use same towel that u wipe feet on other parts of body . Let towels dry out properly. Use powder in socks because moisture breeds bugs . You may need a medicine for few months consult a dermatologist . Sounds like athletes foot . It is very common . Proper hygiene is important for ring worm.
